Shipping

We will take the utmost care when packing to ship your items. We will be using track and signed options for both UK and international deliveries.

We have provided a range of standard shipping options for you. If you require a different shipping method, please do contact me before making your purchase so that I can provide you with the costs and set up a bespoke payment option for shipping.

All orders exported outside the UK will incur local taxes and possibly tariffs and import charges. Such charges are outside of our control and the buyer will be responsible to cover. Any import taxes, tariffs, expenses or charges are the responsibility of the consignee. All the products are made in the UK and should not be subject to import taxes for EU exports.

Any consignment or order returned or destroyed due to non-payment of taxes and duties (or any import expenses) by the customer or consignee WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations

Contact me within 14 days of delivery and dispatch items back within 30 days of delivery. Once item is received in its original condition a full refund will be issued.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
